Three sessions a week for four weeks to develop fundamental strength for pull ups and ring dips. Develops kipping AND strict. The upper body starter pack of your dreams. If you are planning on doing the 8 Week Muscle Up Program but do not feel confident in your strict pull ups and strict ring dips, start with this program and carry straight into the Muscle Up Program upon completion.
